Therapy

In therapy we work together to identify and understand thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Recognizing that an individual is always part of a broader community and environment, we explore the person within context. The context could be the immediate or extended family, workplace, school, community, church group, friend groups, etc.

Coaching

Through the coaching process, specific guidance, training, and skills are provided to help the individual achieve confidence in seeking out and employing solutions to perceived problems. We work collaboratively to build skills and modify behaviors that help the individual move toward a more confident sense of self.

Support

Sometimes in life we need a little support. At other times we need a lot of support. We need someone who will listen to our story without judgement and who will help us troubleshoot the difficulties and challenges that seem to hover over our daily life.

Whether it is minimal or major support, Seeking Hope Therapy aims to be the place where you can begin anew with hope as the foundation. The overall goal is to obtain renewed strength through therapy so that every individual can “run and walk without growing weary” toward authentic freedom, joy, and a sense of purpose in life.
